Privacy policy

Last updated 22 September 2026.

Who we are

SW Property Care Ltd, Flat 2, 143 Ashley Road, Bournemouth BH1 4NQ. Telephone 07875 488599. Email info@swpc.uk.

Data Protection Officer: Ryan Whitelock, contactable via the details above.

What we collect

  • Name, address, email and telephone number when you enquire or instruct us.
  • Project details you send via forms, email or WhatsApp — including photos of your property.
  • Payment details when we invoice (processed by our bank or payment provider, not stored in this website).
  • Technical data such as IP address and basic server logs if you browse this site.

How we use it

  • To quote, schedule and carry out building and property-care work.
  • To communicate about your enquiry or contract.
  • To meet legal obligations (tax, health and safety, guarantees).
  • Quote form submissions are stored as a Flowkit run on CX1 Hub and emailed to you and to info@swpc.uk.

Lawful bases

We rely on contract (to perform work you ask for), legitimate interests (to respond to enquiries and improve the service), legal obligation, and consent where you have asked us to send optional updates.

Sharing

We may share data with trades and suppliers who help deliver your project, professional advisers, and authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data. This marketing site is served at https://swpropertycareltd.co.uk and https://swpc.uk. Page canonicals use https://swpropertycareltd.co.uk. Quote requests are processed by our CX1 Hub systems.

Transfers, retention and your rights

If data is processed outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards. We keep project records only as long as needed for the work, guarantees and the law.

You may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Write to info@swpc.uk. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and analytics

A Google Ads tag is included with the site, and a Google Tag Manager container, GA4 measurement ID, or Meta pixel is added when one is configured on the server. A window asks you to accept or reject non-essential cookies before the rest of the site can be used. Google Consent Mode starts with analytics and advertising storage denied. Accept allows analytics and advertising cookies, and loads a Meta pixel if one is configured. Reject leaves that storage denied and does not load the Meta pixel. Google may still receive a cookieless consent signal while storage is denied; it does not set cookies unless you accept. The choice is stored in this browser for 12 months (local storage and a first-party cookie named swpc_cookie_consent). Use Cookie settings in the footer to choose again. Questions: contact us or email info@swpc.uk.
